  • The price of the rooms varies according to the low and high season. The price is per room per night and includes parking, WiFi and breakfast. Upon booking we will ask for a first night deposit that is refundable if the room is cancelled within 14 days of arrival. Credit/Visa card details are required to secure bookings.

  • Please contact us directly either via the website or by phone and we will beat any online advertised rates.

  • We have no minimum stay during our off-peak season but we will offer discounts for stays of longer than three nights depending on availability.

  • We will always offer a discount for longer stays (more than 3 nights) if you contact us directly or if you find our promotions either from our website or Facebook page.

  • We accept Cash, Cheque, Visa and Mastercard Credit & Debit Cards. We do not increase the price of any stays for the use of credit cards or debit cards. We cannot accept Diner Club Cards.

  • For Business Guests attending the Riviera Conference Centre, we do offer discounted rates so please contact us and we will provide you with our lowest rates.

  • For the comfort of all guest we do not accept pets and operate a non-smoking policy throughout the inside of the premises. We kindly ask guests not to smoke in front of the reception area as there is a raised smoking area outside the building to the side of the car park.

  • We do recommend taking Travel Insurance to cover the loss of non-refundable deposits (i.e. last minute cancellations) in the event of a change of travel plans.

In booking and/or staying in Harmony B&B, you agree to the Terms & Conditions.

‘Accommodation’: means the room(s) shown in the confirmation letter.
‘Agreement’: means the agreement between the Guest and us.
‘Guest’: is the person in whose name the booking agreement has been made.

1) Arrivals & Departures
Please collect keys from Harmony B&B as agreed in your letter of confirmation. Your accommodation will be ready by 3:00pm but we will endeavour to prepare your accommodation earlier if you so request. ‘Check out’ is by 10:30am on the day of departure.

2) Payment
Bookings through online travel agents (Laterooms & Booking.com) require a non-refundable deposit equivalent to the first night’s stay. Bookings made through our website require no non-refundable deposits and payment in full is taken at the time of arrival. We are able to accept the following forms of payment:

  1. Cash or cheque
  2. Debit cards
  3. Credit card – Visa, MasterCard
  4. BACS transfer.

3) Unforeseen Cancellations
If we are forced to cancel your booking for reasons outside our control we will endeavour to offer you alternative comparable accommodation at no extra cost to you. Should we not be able to provide suitable alternative accommodation we will reimburse any sums already paid by you. We will be under no further obligation or liability for any losses or expense arising from the cancellation.

4) Late Cancellations and no shows

If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

4) Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel any letting without a refund should you or any member of your party cause damage to the property, its furniture or contents or should you create a disturbance to any adjoining rooms or neighbours.

5) Damages
In the event of any breakages, damage or exceptional cleaning required after the room is vacated we will notify the Guest within 48 hours of any costs incurred and will charge this payment to the Visitor’s credit card. We reserve the right to charge for damage, missing or soiled items using a new for old policy.

6) Number of Occupants
The number of people staying must not exceed the maximum number agreed at the time of booking for each room. If we become aware that the number of people staying exceeds the maximum number we reserve the right to ask the entire party to vacate the premises. In these circumstances there will be no refund for unused days.

7) Lost Keys
A charge of £50 will be made for each set of lost keys.

8) Cleaning
The rooms are serviced daily unless you otherwise request.

9) Linen
Linen is changed with each new letting. Towels are changed daily if left in the shower or bath. Towels that are left on the rack will not be replaced.

10) Candles and Fireworks
The use of candles and fireworks by the Guest or visitors is not permitted.

11) Right of Entry
The owners, employees and agents of Harmony B&B shall be allowed access to rooms at all reasonable times for purposes of inspection or to carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance.

12) Communication
If you have any issues that you wish to communicate and raise with us please notify us immediately. Please note that issues are much more easily resolved while you are still in the property. If we receive any complaints of noise or disrespect and damage to the property we reserve the right to require visitors to vacate the premises with immediate effect and with no compensation for unused days.

13) Liability and Insurance
Harmony B&B, its employees and agents do not accept third party liability in respect of breach of contract, negligence, misrepresentation or otherwise. We cannot in any circumstances accept liability for any personal injury, loss of life, damage, loss or accident to personal property. Visitors are advised to ensure their own insurance covers any loss or damage to personal property during their stay and to ensure adequate personal and travel insurance is taken out.

14) Pets
Pets are not allowed in the B&B. We do have a dog in our accommodation but they have never been allowed into the public areas as we do not wish to upset guests with allergies.

15) Disabled Access
To access the B&B via the front door guests have to be able to use a staircase of four steps. There are ramps available to the side entrance of the B&B for wheelchair and scooter access. There is wheelchair access to one of the ground floor en-suite rooms of the B&B, but we do not have a wet-room. To use the en-suite facilities requires a transfer. To access the downstairs diner guests that cannot cope with stairs have the use of the stair lift (max. load 115kg). If guests require able-bodied assistance of any kind they are requested to bring someone with them. We cannot supply staff to lift or personally assist guests. Please contact us beforehand to discuss your needs and possibilities.

16) Smoking
There is a strict non-smoking policy in the B&B. If you are found smoking, you will be asked to leave without a refund. An extra £100 fine will be charged to your debit/credit card if the room or any indoor area of the B&B has been smoked in.

If you like to smoke it may be done on the outside raised patio on the side of the car park where there are designated tables and chairs.  We kindly ask guests not to smoke by the front door.

17) We regret that we are unable to accommodate Stag or Hen parties.
