The room was exceptionally clean, spacious and had both… read more a coffee/Tea tray (including yummy biscuits) a jar of lovely pear drops and a fridge to keep things wonderfully cold during the hot weather. The bed was extremely comfortable with good quality linen and the ceiling fan was a definite plus in the hot weather.
The B&B offers an honesty bar – everything is very reasonably priced and there is an excellent choice of alcoholic drinks and soft beverages.
The breakfast is wonderful all quality produce and again a huge choice of both cooked and cold.
I can’t rave about this highly enough and have recommended it to friends and colleagues alike.
Can’t wait to go back again.

This B&B was everything we hoped it would be and more. Great hosts, nothing was too much trouble and Michelle always had recommendations if we needed advice on places to go etc Great place and such a relaxing vibe. Lovely room decor – we were in room 2. Amazing shower! Nice big tv. Super comfy bed. Breakfast was fantastic, pre order of cooked plus cereal, yoghurt, fruit etc Honesty Bar was a lovely touch, we had a cheeky Prosecco or two. It was also so quiet, you wont hear a peep from anyone really!
Torquay is such a great base to explore from which is why we chose it, but we would like to come again when the weather is better. So we will definitely pick the Harmony again!!! :))) More

  Having spent such an enjoyable stay at The Harmony last year (see our review July ’21), we just had to return again for our holiday this year.
From the moment… read more of our arrival, and the wonderfully warm welcome from the ever-friendly owner Michelle, we immediately felt relaxed and ‘at-home’ once again.
Everything was just as we remembered. The B&B offers ample ‘on-site’ car parking. So no need to worry about finding a parking space after a trip out.
The Harmony is situated about a leisurely 15-20 minute walk to the Torquay seafront. The (quaint) Torre Railway Station is just a 5 minute walk in the opposite direction, if you want to ‘let the train take he strain’ and visit other nearby resorts or places.
Co-owner James offers up a great ‘home cooked’ breakfast, plus a choice of cereals, fruit and yoghurts, to give you a great start to each day.
Michelle & James run the B&B on their own, so they must be one of the hardest working couples going, to make sure everything is kept ‘spick and span’ and as it should be. 10/10 perfect!! (see all the other reviews from satisfied visitors!).
We cannot think of, or find, anything negative to say about The Harmony, so would thoroughly recommend it for an enjoyable stay in Torquay. We will certainly be using it again on our next visit to Devon.
