  Having spent such an enjoyable stay at The Harmony last year (see our review July '21), we just had to return again for our holiday this year.
From the moment... read more of our arrival, and the wonderfully warm welcome from the ever-friendly owner Michelle, we immediately felt relaxed and 'at-home' once again.
Everything was just as we remembered. The B&B offers ample 'on-site' car parking. So no need to worry about finding a parking space after a trip out.
The Harmony is situated about a leisurely 15-20 minute walk to the Torquay seafront. The (quaint) Torre Railway Station is just a 5 minute walk in the opposite direction, if you want to 'let the train take he strain' and visit other nearby resorts or places.
Co-owner James offers up a great 'home cooked' breakfast, plus a choice of cereals, fruit and yoghurts, to give you a great start to each day.
Michelle & James run the B&B on their own, so they must be one of the hardest working couples going, to make sure everything is kept 'spick and span' and as it should be. 10/10 perfect!! (see all the other reviews from satisfied visitors!).
We cannot think of, or find, anything negative to say about The Harmony, so would thoroughly recommend it for an enjoyable stay in Torquay. We will certainly be using it again on our next visit to Devon.

Plenty of choice, and cooked to perfection! I had poached eggs each morning and they were perfect! Husband had a full English and said it was fab! What makes this place a cut above the others… is the hosts. Michelle and Jamie made us feel more than welcome. Such a lovely couple who made us feel like friends not guests. Will definitely return!

Our room was excellent with everything you could possibly wish for, equal to anywhere we have stayed previously and we have been fortunate enough to have stayed in some great places. Plenty of choice for breakfast with everything freshly cooked. Plenty of parking in the private car park for everyone which is an added bonus. Only a 20/30 minute level stroll into the heart of Torquay. Great location to explore this part of Devon. Don’t be suspicious of the overall five star rating, this really is a gem.
