We received a text on the morning of check-in day saying that... read more our room would be ready by about 11:30 so if we were in the area we were welcome to check-in early at no extra charge. Upon arrival we received a warm and friendly welcome from Michelle which continued throughout our stay. Ample free off-road parking which is a huge plus. It is a 10 - 15 minute stroll to the seafront.

The room was well presented with nice decor and was spotlessly clean. It had tea / coffee making facilities which were replenished and had some really nice touches such as complimentary water, sweets and toiletries. Although the ensuite was very small it had a great shower, lovely fluffy towels and again was immaculately clean.

Breakfast worked on a pre-order basis for the hot food and was SUPERB with the best sausages ever! There was also ample choice on the cold selection too.

The rooms are clean and spacious, and have everything you need from tea & coffee biscuits, sweets etc etc. Even a fridge. The breakfast had something for everyone and the cooked breakfast was amazing. The Harmony is well situated for the beach and town. The No 12 bus runs nearby around every 10 mins and services Torquay and surrounding towns. So we never used the car at all. With covid still about, it was also nice to see the extra measures taken by Michelle & James, such as having two sittings for breakfast, giving more space. Hand sanitizers around the place and even on the breakfast table. It was so clean anyway you felt safe. More
